What is iMicrosites?
iMicrosites is a service that allows anyone to create feature-rich mobile webpages, optimized for today's modern smartphones and devices. We've termed these sites, iMicrosites.

What can I do with an iMicrosites page?
iMicrosites' solutions can be used for retail and online marketing, promotions, lead generation, advertising, ecommerce, mobile splash pages, mobile microsites, online business cards, portfolios, resume, or just a place to create and update your mobile presence. iMicrosites' uses are limited only by your imagination. Here are some ideas to get you started.

Where's the documentation?
Online documentation may be found here.

Do I need to know HTML?
iMicrosites' solutions are designed for users of all skill levels. If you have basic computer skills and can surf the Internet, you will be able to create mobile website campaigns in minutes. However, users who wish to use HTML to create their page can press the "edit source" button in the control panel, allowing them to access and update the raw HTML source for the content area. All iMicrosites solutions utilize advanced HTML purifier libraries to help correct invalid markup for support on a wide range of today's most popular mobile devices.

Can i use HTML?
Absolutely. Most HTML tags are supported by the rich text editor. Certain tags will not work for security reasons; examples include JavaScript and embed tags. Customers requiring use of these technologies are encouraged to use the "email source" feature of plus or pro accounts to make the necessary additions.

Can I use JavaScript or PHP?
Customers requiring use of these technologies are encouraged to use the "email source" feature of plus or pro accounts to make the necessary additions. Except where utilizing iMicrosites base functionality, JavaScript and PHP are unsupported by the online toolkit. This is done both for security reasons and so that we may provide a wide range of base capabilities to our customers with the iMicrosites solutions.

I want to adjust the content, title, logo etc. of my page, how do i do this?
To make adjustments to your iMicrosites simply login to your control pane. This will allow you to access iMicrosites' online software. A default password is generated and emailed to you at the time of sale, and should be changed upon logging in for the first time. You can retrieve this by pressing the "forgot password" link on the login page.

Setup multiple pages under one login
Each page may have a separate username/password combination. To login and access multiple pages, simply set the email and password to the same values as your main page. The new pages will show up in the drop down menu in the upper right hand side of the control panel and can be administered concurrently.

I would like to add more pages, how do I do this?
To add more pages, simply purchase another package and set the email and password to the same values as your main account. The new pages will show up in the drop down menu in the upper right hand side of the control panel.

Do you offer customer loyalty discounts?
We appreciate your business and want you to consider us again in the future, so we are offering the following special: Buy 3 pages and get 2 free
(Applies to all packages. 3 pages must be purchased within 24 hours of each other. Free pages will be the same level of account as the purchased pages).

What are the requirements to use the program?
To use iMicrosites solutions you'll need a modern browser which supports JavaScript and cookies.

How can I add navigation to my pages?

Site navigation can be added under the "edit my site content" control panel. Additional pages can be added using the custom "nav" CSS class described above. In this way you can create iMicrosites containing any number of links.

How do I administer multiple iMicrosites?
Set your password to the same value for multiple pages, and when you login your pages will be available to edit by selecting a page from the "My Pages" dropdown menu at the top of the control panel.

Do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes we do. Click here for details.

I'm having problems using the control panel. I am getting logged out. What's the problem?
You may need to set your browser to accept cookies from our site. This feature is required to provide access to the control panel. Please consult your browser's help file for information on enabling cookies.

Can I use my own design?
Absolutely. Customers requiring custom designs may pay a 1-time fee for integration of their custom CSS and image designs into the toolkit, allowing you to use your design on all your iMicrosites pages. Custom designs are available to all pages owned by the customer, but not other iMicrosites.com users. Once your design is integrated and you activate it as your default theme, it will be instantly available for all your customers. The cost for custom theme integration is $399 and usually takes less than a week to complete. Please contact support@imicrosites.com for more information.

How long can i wait before creating my iMicrosites page?
iMicrosites creation keys are generated instantly at the time of sale, and you can create your page immediately upon receiving the welcome email from iMicrosites. Each iMicrosites key is valid for a period of 1 year. If you would like to use your key after this point you may request a replacement key free of charge.
